Brian
D. Evans (Auctioneer)
Brian has been a licensed auctioneer in the state of Ohio for the
past 20 years. Brian’s expertise includes estate auctions, farm Chattels
and business liquidations. His association with Geoff Smith, Realtor/Auctioneers
extends over a period of nearly 20 years.
Brian and his wife Shelly reside in Miami County with their two
Teenage children. Additionally, they’re members of the Living Word
Church in Vandalia, Ohio. |

Roger
Wick (Auctioneer)
Roger grew up working on a dairy farm in Champaign County Ohio,
Milking and tending 110-120 head of Holsteins. He is a 1987
graduate of Graham High School. Roger served our country
in the U.S. Army-Infantry for 4 years. His knowledge of industry
was obtain through 13 years as Production Plant Manager in a
Chemical Plant. Production, quality control and technical
service was his expertise.

| Roger
is a graduate of Missouri Auction school and Hondros College
for Real Estate. He also holds a Federal Firearms license
(FFL). Residing in Champaign County with his wife of 15 years
and their two children, he is most proud to be a Christian
in our Lord’s service. |

Bill
Henry (Sales Associate)
Bill is a 1972 Graduate of Madison Plains High School. He earned his
B. A. @Ohio State University and attended Capital Law School in
Columbus, Ohio. After high school Bill was employed by Madison
(Co-operative) Landmark System in 1971, where he was quickly
promoted to Asst. store Manager. In 1983-1988 Bill worked for a
division of Barclays International Bank of London, England as a
Loan Officer. |
| In
1988 he returned to the Co-Op as Manager of the
Store and it’s Petroleum & Propane Division. He’s currently employed
By Southwest Landmark, Champaign Landmark and United Landmark.
As a salesman for the petroleum & Propane divisions. He is a member Of the
Newport United Methodist Church in Madison County where he
resides with his son. A welcomed asset to the Geoff Smith, realtor/ Auctioneers
family. |
